1. Service scope

The app, provided by Dode Yazılım, is a wellness tool offering personal awareness, drink logging, goal planning, educational content, behavioral exercises, and optional AI motivational conversation. It does not guarantee recovery, outcomes, or a particular level of reduction.

2. Medical limits and emergencies

The app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and does not replace a doctor, therapist, addiction specialist, detox program, or emergency service.

Abruptly reducing alcohol can be dangerous for some people. If you experience seizures, hallucinations, severe shaking, confusion, thoughts of self-harm, or other immediate danger, do not rely on the app. Do not stay alone or drive; seek urgent in-person medical help where you are.

3. AI Coach

The cloud AI Coach is optional and requires explicit permission before transfer. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or out of context. You are responsible for confirming important health decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. Requests may be limited or declined for safety, abuse-prevention, or capacity reasons.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to generate harmful or illegal content. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

5. Privacy and third parties

Data processing is described in the Privacy Notice. The optional AI feature uses Supabase and OpenAI services. The app identifies the fields sent to AI on the consent screen.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the app, design, brand, text, and software belong to Dode Yazılım or the relevant rights holders. You receive a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Availability and liability

We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently compatible service. To the extent allowed by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from decisions based on app content or service interruption. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Deletion, changes, and contact

You can delete local and anonymous cloud data in Settings. Features, daily limits, and these terms may change for safety, technical, or legal reasons. If you do not accept the terms, stop using the app and delete your data.
